TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

QUOTES FOR SERVICES

1. To accept ANY quote as provided by the automated system of the Thinking Thumbprint website, please click on Oak Training’s payment link. 

2. An invoice will be forwarded once payment has been received. By making a payment, you agree to all terms and conditions specified on the Thinking Thumbprint website.

3. To make a payment, click the Oak Training payment link: https://pay.yoco.com/oak-training

4. The quotation states the number of Thinking Thumbprint assessments to be paid. Any extra assessments must be paid for additionally. Assessments not utilised will not be refunded.

5. What is included in the price is detailed under the Item section in the Quote table. Any extra information or services will be charged separately.

6. The quote is in South African Rands (ZAR).

7. The quote is valid for 7 days.

8. Payment must be made before access to the digital assessment will be granted or personal feedback sessions are booked.

9. The feedback session must be booked within 30 days of completing the assessment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting of monies paid and cancellation of the feedback session.

11. To cancel the assessment, please notify the Thinking Thumbprint team within 14 days of payment. The refund will be made minus a 15% handling fee. 

BOOKINGS FOR COURSES AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

1. The price for the event must be paid in full before attending. 

2. Payment confirms bookings.

4. The quotation states the scope of work to be paid. Any extra assessments, sessions, discussions or counseling must be paid for additionally. Courses or workshops not attended without prior arrangement will not be refunded.

5. The quote is in South African Rands and must be paid in Rands (ZAR).

6. Course prices are valid until the event.

8. Please notify the Thinking Thumbprint team within 14 days of the course about cancellations to be eligible for a refund. A refund will only be granted under specific conditions. The refund will be made minus a 15% handling fee.
